Amanda Clark, Senior Account Executive
Amanda delivers results for retail, hospitality and public involvement clients at Sturges Word Communications through research, media relations, marketing, event planning, and social media management.
Her client work spans a variety of industries including attractions, entertainment districts, lifestyle centers, restaurants, luxury consumer goods, home design, public utilities, and government agencies with additional support on financial services and law. Amanda has been a part of nearly a dozen successful business openings, often partnering with local charities to raise thousands of dollars in donations.
In 2008, she helped The Toy & Miniature Museum of Kansas City break the Guinness World Record for the world’s largest marble tournament.
An avid creative writer from a young age, Amanda spends her free time writing her novel. Previous and current community involvement includes Habitat for Humanity and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
A native of the Kansas City area, Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree in organizational communications from William Jewell College in Liberty, Mo.
