Some of us have a passion for how a thing looks, how that drives interest, engagement and trial. Others of us are more into words, how they can inform, enlightened, compel. Then there are our research, eval and measurement geeks – very handy when it comes to understanding the environment, competition, your starting point.

All of us, to the last, are into strategy. We thrill to the answers to what, how much and by when. We lay awake at night popping with ideas as to how. We’re raring to go on the moment-to-moment, day-to-day doing of the work. We can’t wait to eyeball the results and see how the needle has swung to your satisfaction.
